But I got into other problem. when ever I send a mail my mail server places a copy of it in the sent folder so does Mac Mail, so all my sent mails are duplicated :( . To avoid this I unchecked "Store unchecked messaged on Server", but it reverted my sent folder settings to old one. Thank you it worked.
